Joe the estimator was extremely helpful as the rooms where not an easy shape. Carpet fitters came and laid underlay and carpet with expertise. It was a bit of an emergency as we'd had to rip our old carpet up due to using a home carpet cleaner which ruined it. I left an enquiry for a quote on Monday, Joe came out to see us the next day and was very knowledgeable about everything and gave good advice.
