Measuring up was done very efficiently and professionally we particularly loved how LJV Carpets responded quickly to any queries. We also appreciated they were prepared to pre-order our carpets, and then hold onto them until we were ready for installation, even allowing us to push back our installation date when our home renovations dragged on. When it came to fitting, again communications were excellent and Neil didn’t absolutely superb job of fitting two rooms inside half a day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and we really appreciated that level of care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LJV Carpets to friends and family, and look forward to using their services again.
